The SeaI/O-410E-OEM is a compact, enclosure-free digital I/O module that allows you to monitor and control 16 optically isolated inputs and 16 Reed relay outputs via a standard Ethernet connection. Ideal for OEM and embedded system integration, this board-level solution supports Modbus TCP and Sealevel’s SeaMAX API, enabling smooth software integration into industrial automation systems.
Each group of four inputs or outputs shares a common, allowing streamlined field wiring through removable 3.5mm terminal blocks. Reed relays are reliable for switching low-current signals, such as alarms, LEDs, or control signals. Opto-isolated inputs accept a wide range of input voltages from 5 to 30VDC, providing excellent protection against electrical noise and ground loops.
Power is supplied via a 9–30VDC source, making it compatible with typical industrial power systems. The OEM module can also be expanded using up to 246 SeaI/O N-series modules, allowing for future scalability without redesigning your control architecture.
For remote monitoring and troubleshooting, the SeaI/O-410E-OEM is compatible with Sealevel's Modbus Connect iOS App, offering register and I/O access from the field.
